At first glance, Miyagami Private Academy seems like a typical all-girls’ school. But beneath its placid surface is a highly-disciplined student council engaged in an unceasing struggle to keep Miyagami Private Academy safe from the outside (adult) world! Complete with covert and assault divisions, all student council members have their own special abilities. So how did cute little transfer student Rando Rino make the cut? Join the girls of the academy and the infamous Pucchan the puppet on one ride that is sure to leave you laughing!

Rino Rando has come to Miyagami Peninsula with her companion Pucchan in order to transfer to Miyagami Academy. But as soon as she gets there she finds out that her apartment and all her belongings have been burned down due to fire. Now she has no where to stay. Rino and Pucchan decide to head to Miyagami Academy for some help.

Rino has been chosen to be the secretary of the Best Student Council so she moves to the Best Dormitory. The next day Rino is everyone’s topic of conversation as no one seems to understand why she was chosen to be the executive member of the student council on the first day she transferred in to the academy.

Rino is stunned to find President Kanade laying right next to her in the same bed in the morning! Others witness Kanade leaving Rino’s dorm room and that starts a rumor that Rino and Kanade have been payapayaing.
- 4: A Brilliantly Clever Approach

In order to determine how effective Rino is as the secretary of the Best Student Council, Kaori was picked to spend some time with Rino. As they start walking around inside the school facility they get approached by a member of the puppet theater club, asking for the help.

Accountant Mayura announces that the Best Student Council is short money, and either Assault Squad or Covert Squad will be forced to have zero budget next month. Now they face each other over the next months budget in the battle which determines who makes better curry and rice. Kaori leads the Assault Squad.

The members of the council doubt Pucchan's puppet power and call Rino out about this. The council soon learns that Rino was not lying when she said Pucchan was it's own person.

Mayura is seen sneaking out of the dorm all dressed up. The council is all upset about this as they think she has a secret boyfriend.
- 8: Goodbye, Best Student Council

Several of the girls are starting to worry about passing their exams next week. If you don't pass your exams, then you can't be on the council or live in the dorm. The Covert Squad has determined that the exams should not be too difficult to pass.

Yuko shows up at the academy one day to battle Sayuri. It seems a long time ago Yuko's Father was Sayuri's instructor and he was injured during a practice match. He is now not able to hold a sword and Yuko wants to exact revenge for this on Sayuri.

The girls confront their biggest challenge yet which is to put on their swimsuits when all the boys want to watch them swim.
- 11: Winning Five

Tomorrow Miyagami Academy has their biggest soccer match of the year against Kenran Academy and the entire Futsal Club is sick with a cold. Since they can't play, all the girls start practicing to fill in for the team. Miss Kanade is very worried about this match because if they lose, Kenran Academy will tell everyone that she is a spoiled brat.

The girls start to wonder why President Kanade is always gone on the third Sunday of each month. Kuon decides to have the Covert Squad find out what the President is up to.
- 13: Minamo: Friend or Foe?

President Kanade returns to find a stranger in the dorm. She soon finds out that Rino meets a stranger named Minamo. Minamo thinks Pucchan is Rino's puppet and she demands that Pucchan be given to her. Minoamo and Rino argue for quite some time and Minamo begins to have a hard time breathing. Both Rino and Pucchan decide to take her back to the dorm even though it is against the dorm rules.

A pesky new transfer student messes up the dorm and forces the entire student council to eat and sleep in the science wing.
- 15: The Reason Why I Am Here

The girls are able to return to their dorm rooms. When they return they find a mystery photo of a man in Kuon's room. They now wonder if they need to protect her just like they did for Mayura.

Rino and Minamo threaten to reveal Kotoha's identity if she will not let them join the Covert Squad.
- 17: Keep on Lying!

Cyndi's Mom decides to come visit her at school. This upsets Cyndi because now her Mom will know she has been lying. Miss Kanade tries to reassure her it will be OK because they will all help her turn those lies into the truth.

A baby has been left at the front door of the dorms. Rein really bonds with the baby since we was abandoned as a child by her father.

The girls start to wonder where all the money for the council is coming from. They soon discover that the academy is into all kinds of businesses and that this week they will launch the Best Student Council trading card game. The value of each card is determined by each individuals physical and academic abilities.

Pucchan decides he is going to unravel the mystery of Maachi the building manager. The girls decide to help out.
- 24: Because I Miss You

The Best Student Council is in charge of preparing for the upcoming sports festival. During the opening ceremonies, Miss Kanade resigns from Miyagami Academy as she is now head of the Jinguji family since her Grandfather passed away.
- 25: The Voices on the Wind

The girls want to see Miss Kanade and hatch a plan to storm the Jinguji compound.
