Pokemon fans! I just made this thread to talk about Pokemon after watching an episode last night, titled "Entei at your own risk!". Now watching that episode made me realize a couple of things.
1.Team Rocket always wants Pikachu, but whenever Ash and team make a new friend, they always go for his/her favorite Pokemon.
2.Team Rocket makes a machine every once in a while that's always strong against a certain type, but only one type at a time.
3.The fact that Ash is voiced by a girl softens things up when he acts. . .weird. . .
4.Brock always points out the obvious(There's a fire!) Just because he can't see doesn't mean the viewers can't.
5.Misty's Togepi is usually a pacifist.
6.A trainer's Pokemon will only evolve during or outside of battle; never at the end.
7.No matter how may times Team Rocket blasts off, they always seem to find their way back to Ash and his friends in the next episode.

YemeniLuigi, as Pokemon is not an Anime Network/Sentai/Section 23/Nozomi title this thread should be in the "Other Anime" section.

4kids has not had anything to do with Pokemon in some time now.
Pokémon USA (Now called The Pokémon Company International) has been handling it since 2005.

Nana Mizuki, Kouichi Yamadera, Shoko Nakagawa, Hideki Takahashi, Shosuke Tanihara in cast

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The official Pokémon movie website began streaming a promotional video for the upcoming pair of films, Gekijoban Pocket Monster Best Wishes! Victini to Kuroki Eiyu Zekrom and Gekijoban Pocket Monster Best Wishes! Victini to Shiroki Eiyu Reshiram, on Thursday. The films will both open on July 16 in Japan. The video is not embeddable but can be watched at this link.

The website also announced the guest voice cast for the films, which includes voice actress and singer Nana Mizuki, Kouichi Yamadera, Shoko Nakagawa, Hideki Takahashi, Shosuke Tanihara, Satomi Ishihara, and Mao Daichi.

In the story of the two films, the protagonist Satoshi (Ash in English) and his Pokémon creature Pikachu take part in a battle held during the harvest festival in Aintooku, and they encounter the mysterious Pokémon Victini. The two films will also feature two different legendary Pokémon — the black hero Zekrom appears before people who seek the pure "ideal," while the white hero Reshiram appears before people who seek the pure "truth." Not incidentally, these two are pivotal Pokémon in the latest games in the franchise, Pokémon Black and White. They also appeared as miniature floats at last year's 84th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.
